Terms

All plants must be paid for upon delivery or when picked up at our nursery, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Unknown accounts - C.O.D.

An interest rate of 1.5% will be applied to accounts that are past due.

Any debits that take legal actions to collect become the customers responsibility to pay for our legal fees (court cost, lawyer or attorney).

Prices

All prices are F.O.B. our nursery, and are subject to change without notice

F.O.B.

Freight on board : All freight charges are to be paid by the purchaser. Our responsibility ends when we load the material onto the truck or trailer.

Replacements

We do everything possible to assure your shipment arrives in excellent condition. We can not be responsible for failures due to conditions beyond our control. Our liability will not exceed the original invoice cost. Adjustments are made only if claim is made in writing within 10 days of shipment.

Summer Digging

We can Summer dig trees if your job requires. Due to pre-dig treatments and hardening off processes a 20% surcharge is required for this service. Also, a 50% deposit is required before digging begins. If items are canceled after already dug the deposit will not be refunded.

Locator Service

Please call locator service for your area two weeks prior to dig date for location of underground utilities. If you don't know who to call, please call our office at (864) 859-4189 and we will help you get in contact with them.

Field Grown

All of our plant materials are field grown in a fertile heavy bodied soil. Plants are then machine dug and put into wire baskets lined with burlap. Nylon strapping is then laced around the top of the wire basket and tied so as to be used as a lifting harness.
